Rules of Order, Dodge
County Board of Supervisors
The Land
Information Committee shall be composed of five (5) members of
the Dodge County Board of Supervisors, said members to be
appointed by the Chairman of the Dodge County Board of
Supervisors, and confirmed by the Dodge County Board of
Supervisors. In appointing members to this Committee, the County
Board Chairman shall seek to represent the interests of the five
departments using land records, namely the County Treasurer,
Planning and Development, Land Conservation, Highway, and
Sheriff. The Committee shall be responsible for land records
modernization to promote and facilitate timely access to
information, decisions based upon accurate information, and
efficiency in government with the goal of establishment of an
integrated, technologically sound, county-wide land information
system. The Committee shall be responsible for the supervision
of the Land Information Department and the
Office of the Register of Deeds.
All previous
rules of order and legislation governing the Dodge County Board
of Supervisors in conflict with the provisions of these rules of
order are to the extent of such conflict superceded by these
rules of order.
