Below you will find application forms that you can download and return to one of the Dodge County Human Resources Departments.
- If you are applying for a position at Clearview, return the form to the Clearview HR Department.
- Applications for all other positions should be returned to the Administration Building HR Department.
Applications must be filled out completely, following the instructions provided, and may be returned by mail or in person during regular office hours. All responses must fit within space limitations of the response area.
Note that applications for certain positions must be turned in before a specific deadline.
Applications will be kept on file for six (6) months.
Sheriff's Department positions are filled using a Civil Service Process
Applications for these positions are only available when an active recruitment is taking place, and will be posted on the Employment Opportunities - Sheriff's Department page when there is a specific recruitment taking place.
