Since 1932 Dodge County, through
its Public Health Unit, has been involved in the assurance
and provision of public health services to the residents of
the county. Over the years the size of the staff and method
of service delivery have changed but the primary focus of
improving the health status of the residents of the county
through health/wellness promotion and prevention of disease
remain the same. This focus is maintained through the 14
programs offered by the Public Health Unit to both targeted
risk groups and the general population of Dodge County.
While these programs are offered in a variety of settings
including onsite clinics, homes, schools, daycares and
worksites, they all strive to achieve collaboration with
other local agencies as well as public health professionals
on a state and national level. The programs offered by
public health are:

1st
and 3rd Thursday of month: 3 - 6 p.m.

Thursday of month: 1 - 4 p.m.
4th Friday of month: 9 - 11
a.m.
$7.00 per vaccine or MA
card.
No child is refused
vaccines due to inability to pay.
Note:
You must bring your child's current immunization record
with you to the clinic. NO vaccines will be given
without it. ~~
