The Human Services and Health Department
Aging Programs have congregate and home delivered meals
available to older persons in the community. These meals
are a nutritious noon lunch that provides 1/3 of the UDSA
daily requirements. Meals are served five days a week
(Monday through Friday) except holidays.
HOME DELIVERED MEALS
If you are homebound and unable to attend
a meal site, we will arrange to have the meal delivered to
your home. An assessment for eligibility will be necessary
before meals can be provided. Please call the Human

CONGREGATE MEALS
Reservations to eat should be made by
1:30 P.M. the day before, by signing up at the meal site of
your choice or by telephoning our office at (920)
386-3580 or 1-800-924-6407. Monday reservations should
be made on Friday.
