Alzheimer’s Family and Caregiver Support
Program can assist families dealing with Alzheimer’s disease
or other related dementia. An assessment will be made
with the family to determine their needs. Supportive
services, community resources, and/or grant funding will be
offered if available. This will help keep those
afflicted with the disease in their own homes for as long as
