Sheriff’s Department Employment Opportunities

Sheriff Department positions are filled using a Civil Service Process.  Applications for these positions are only available when an active recruitment is taking place, and will be posted on this page when there is a specific recruitment taking place.

Below you will find application forms that you can download and return to the Dodge County Administration Building Human Resources Department.  Applications must be filled out completely, following the instructions provided, and may be returned by mail or in person during regular office hours.

Note that applications for certain positions must be turned in before a specific deadline.

 

IMPORTANT Information Regarding Application Requirements:

Applications must be submitted on Dodge County Civil Service Application, clearly stating the position for which you are applying. All questions must be answered completely including past employment.  Incomplete applications and applications not clearly indicating your qualifications or meeting the minimum requirements will not be accepted nor returned for correction. Dodge County is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
