Mission Statement The primary purpose of the Human Resources Department is to provide effective human resource and labor relations services to county wide department heads, managers, current employees and prospective employees in a manner that is fiscally prudent and responsive to the interests of Dodge County citizens. We are committed to developing and managing a comprehensive human resource program with vision, integrity, and the highest standards of professional performance, and in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
