Disasters can strike any time, any where, and disasters respect no one.  All of us are equally vulnerable.  Devastation and destruction often follow in its midst, wreaking havoc and chaos.  Disasters can tear communities apart, but they can also bind a community together and the Dodge County Office of Emergency Management plays a vital role in protecting the citizens of Dodge County.
