The attached Planning Guidance and Emergency
Management Plan are designed to develop cooperation and coordination between the
responding agencies within Dodge County and the special facility. Through
the efforts of emergency response planning, hopefully everyone will gain a
greater awareness of, and respect for the emergency response issues faced by
special needs facilities. Dodge County is striving to raise the awareness
ensure that any existing gaps between special needs facilities and emergency
management communities are bridged, leading to quicker and more efficient
responses to all hazards.
