A very special thanks to all the facilities that have
participated in these planning sessions or have logged on to review and use
these templates. As we all know disasters can occur and any time of the day or
night, mostly when we lest expect them. The magnitude of these incidents are
never known until we are in the "thick" of the incident. Preplanning for such
unknown events will keep staff and residents calm and make clockwork out of how
to act and respond to events that is affecting your facility or the facility of
