1. The Wisconsin Statutes have several chapters regarding
Probate Procedures. Look especially in Chapters 851-882. For
assistance check www.wripa.org. For forms, check
www.wicourts.gov.
2. Probate records can be viewed on the internet at
www.wicourts.gov. Go to the case search. Here you can view
if an estate is pending, the name of the personal
representative, the final date for filing claims, whether
the inventory has been filed and if the case is still
pending.
Guardianship Information:
The Wisconsin Statutes regarding guardianship procedures are
found in Chapter 54. For forms, check
www.wicourts.gov.

ADOPTION INFORMATION:
The Wisconsin Statutes regarding adoption procedures are
