Engberg Anderson Incorporated of
Milwaukee in partnership with Horty Elving & Associates, Incorporated of
Minneapolis Minnesota have completed a Site Selection Study for the
Clearview Project. The Study recommends a new 201,113 Gross Square Foot
facility be constructed on the South site. The Dodge County Board of
Supervisors gave their endorsement to the study recommendation on
November 10, 2009. Final building design is tentatively scheduled to be
completed in March 2010.
The Dodge County Board of
Supervisors has approved the hiring of Oscar J. Boldt Construction of
Appleton as Construction Manager. Boldt Construction will be providing
Preconstruction Services related to the Clearview building project.
