We serve persons with diverse abilities in our 4-bed adult family home.
Clearview Community Group Home is a residence for people who have experienced a traumatic brain injury. Our program is designed to continue the support and training needed for individuals to meet their maximum independence while living in the community. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care in a home setting.
We strive for each person to reach their highest level of independence in the following areas:
This is done through individual assessment, education, individualized service plans, and 24 hour staff support.
